Meditation was a challenge for me when I first started out. I have so much FIRE in me, sitting still and turning off my mind was difficult. My best advice is to just start - 3 minutes is an amazing meditation. If your mind wanders or starts to chatter, re-focus on your breath. If you fall asleep (I was known as a sleeper with many of my mentors), enjoy the peace and know that not only did you successfully meditate, you also gave your body exactly what it needed.
