I’ve never done this before, what should I expect?I facilitate a safe and private space to heal and transform. During our sessions, you can expect honesty, integrity, and spiritual guidance. I will teach you how to use meditation, affirmations, energy activations, intentions, body work and creative visualization to achieve the breakthrough you are looking for. Remember, all guidance is rooted in love, truth and integrity.

How long does each coaching session last?My coaching sessions are designed to last for 60 minutes, providing us with plenty of time for deep discussions, setting meaningful goals, and creating steps & strategies.

Which is better for me; individual coaching or the Spiritual Healing Circle?If you thrive in a group setting, value shared experiences, and enjoy learning from others, the Spiritual Healing Circle could be ideal. On the other hand, if you prefer more personalized attention and a focus solely on your journey, an Individual Harmony Quest Coaching Session might be a better fit. What if I'm not sure about committing to a coaching program?If you're unsure about committing to a coaching program, we offer flexible options including; individual sessions or shorter-term packages and group coaching. These will give you the opportunity to experience the benefits of spiritual life coaching without making a long-term commitment.

Where do I go for our session?There are two options for our time together; Zoom or In-Person at my office in Cave Creek, AZ. Zoom, a user-friendly app/program that allows us to chat face-to-face anywhere convenient for you. When you book your session, you will receive a confirmation email that will include all the information for our time together, including a link to our Zoom session. A few minutes before our scheduled session, you can click the link and we will be connected. You are not required to install the app in order to use it. If you have any concerns about connecting via Zoom or would prefer to do a phone session without video, please email me. In-Person, shortly after scheduling your session, you will receive a confirmation email that will include all the information for our time together, including the address for our in-person session in Cave Creek, Arizona
